The Video Receptionist system can be deployed in two basic configurations. The PC Client with Video for customers who choose to have web-cam installed on employees PC's for two way video communications. The Phone Client is customers who which to have voice only cummunications with visitors.

Motion sensor camera sees visitor and plays welcome video instructing them to touch the name of the person they are there to see. Visitor see list of employees with status of if they are available or not.

Visitor touches the name of the person they are there to see.
Employee is notified there is a visitor and can see who the visitor is.

Employee clicks on Accept button to begin conversation with visitor.
Employee and Visitor carry on two way video and audio conversation.

Then employee ends call with the visitor.

Employee’s desk phone rings. Employee answers phone and communicates with visitor.

Employee can see video of visitor on PC.
Employee and Visitor carry on two way audio conversation.

Then employee hangs up phone to end the call.
