The Video Receptionist Client options include PC Client and Phone Clients.

PC Client

The PC client is an application that allows the user to view and communicate
with the visitor in the lobby. This configuration requires a desktop camera
installed on the PC.
The PC Client includes the following features:

- Presence Management

- FOB RF tag auto presence setting (optional feature)
- Call Control
- Answer Call
- Ignore Call - (send to video voice mail)
- Hang Up Call

Phone Client
|
The Phone Client configuration allows visitors using the Video Receptionist
Directory to call your phone (Office, Home, Cell, etc…) from the VRD and carry
on a two way conversation. This configuration does not require a desktop camera.
The Phone client works with the following phone systems:
- Office Phones
- Voice over IP (VoIP) systems
- SIP phone systems
- PBX systems
- Mobile/Cell phones
- Remote phones
The Phone Client configuration includes the following features:
- Video of visitor
- Two way audio communications with visitor
- Presence Management
- Building Access Controls (Optional Feature)
- Lock/Unlock doors
- Activate elevators
